Good value for the price, especially when considering decent breakie is incl. and room size is good. Location is ok, sites by cab: 10-20 for pink city and 20-30+ mins for forts, lake, etc...depending on traffic. Jaipur is a big city, and not simply walkable like smaller towns in Rajasthan. If short on time and don't mind the intensity of the the old city then stay there instead. This area is fairly calm, cafe next door has really good coffee. Seems like airbnb are doing hotel/guesthouse room bookings, and check-in protocol is not paid attention to. Did a lot of guessing with the rickshaw driver..if they haven't updated then you are looking for " Rajputana Diaries". Meanwhile they really simply need to make sure the room floor is clean, and the breakfast area is neat. Had to keep shoes on inside... the rest is fine as long as the price stays how it is. Note, the hotel manager is likely employed by the actual host, but is very sweet and helpful once you check in.

Il ne s’agit pas d’une guest house mais d’un hotel. Chandrapal Singh est simplement le propriétaire des murs et seul du personnel ne parlant pas anglais est présent. Nous ne pouvions pas choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner qui était inclus. La communication était tres difficile et peu agréable. La serrure de la porte de la chambre a un sérieux problème, nous sommes restées enfermées plusieurs fois.

The property is located at the centre of the city which helps to commute easily, rooms are large but entry is small, staffs were helpful as we had an early train to catch and the staff woke up at 4:00am fir us and the taste of in house restaurant is really good. The taste of in house restaurant is good & reasonable (though we only had breakfast). I found floor of my room a bit dirty and no slippers were there in the room (but manageable). Overall it was a decent stay, totally justifies the cost.

amazing stay in the heart of the city. all imp places are near by. . room was spacious and good. they can improve little on cleanliness. would love to stay again.
