House and its equipment is in need of major renovation and thorough deep cleaning inside and outdoors. Jacuzzi - out of order- doesn’t work, cant be used Swimming pool - filters and motor do not work properly (too much water for motor provided)-completely dirty when we arrived superficially but also at the bottom of it and all the tiles with black fungi present. Patio furniture set- some broken and cant be used, the rest so dirty that should be first be thoroughly cleaned in order to be usable. Stone pavement outdoors is very sharp and with many smaller loose stones on it, definitely not safe for smaller children or adults planning on walking with bear feet. Feet will get cut or spiked. Unsafe. Fencing around the swimming pool area towards the beautiful views- Broken iron fence and snapped right off - needs thorough repair -do not lean in- Unsafe. Fencing around the lower part of the garden and lower parking-non existent and completely opened towards the precipice- do not lean in or let your smaller kids walk/run around as they will fall/slip right through- so cant be used, unsafe. Bide upstairs-doesn’t work, cant be used Two showers provided in the house-one the door cant close (main bedroom) and in the other tiles are broken, fungi present everywhere and so cant be used. Bath provided- shower curtains need to be changed Hairdryer provided- very old, dirty, pieces broken and missing-needs to be changed Bed frames and matrasses provided- all extremely basic and very cheap quality- your back and necks will definitely hurt after sleeping here for whatever amount of days- TV stated-smaller than a pc 20inch screen AND doesn’t work, cant be used Main dinning table provided-do not lean on it while eating it tilts and should be repaired in order to be used normally while dinning. Kitchen equipment-Dishwasher very old and does not always work (gets blocked on certain programs).Kettle was disgusting and very old, couldn’t be used. Coffee machine was disgusting and very old, couldn’t be used. Pans most of them need to be thrown away, were disgusting and very old, couldn’t be used. Extractor fan, hole present but non existent, needs to be equipped in order to be a usable kitchen. Cooking plate, extremely slow. In order to water 300ml water takes approx. 45 min!!.Fridge/freezer, very basic, old and not strong enough. If filled up will not work properly!! Garage, present but do not expect to use it as parking unless you first empty what is inside. Clothing drying rack- broken- cant be used Parasol-a few available however either disgustingly dirty or broken Keys -2 sets provided-not all keys necessary are on both sets-careful otherwise you will stay outside!! Warm water-the system installed in the house belongs to the 60‘s or 70’s-after three days and 6 people you will stay without warm water!! No luxury whatsoever!! Regarding the Superhost, well it is an agency not the owner. So, if there are holidays in your vacation do not expect them to come and help you out, or to come earlier from siesta time to open the office to hand you the keys. That will not happen. The superhost will give you a manual on the house, that is not updated neither with WIFI or tv details. They will give you a 30min talk on how to use/not use airco, how to close/open windows, how to fill or not fill fridge, how to set and separate rubbish...they should have spent that energy on checking and cleaning everything in the house and outdoors. We arrived, no hot water after 1600km no possibility of shower or enjoy the swimming pool since all dirty. After 2hours the hot water issue was fixed, the swimming pool was vacuumed on the third day(because we bugged them for it-even though in their manual it says they come twice a week-which is not true). Wasp nests were present in the patio, we had to buy products and fix ourselves since we came with children and allergic people. Every person was given a big and small towel for 8 days, no replacement sheets for beds, no towels in bathroom available. No cleaning products present. In other words, no worth going unless you want to end up with headaches, having to clean a house and equipment that is not yours and paying premium price for it... and for sure not repeating 400eur/day payment with this agency or in this house.

Es una casa perfecta, en cuanto a ubicación y en cuanto a la casa en sí, es muy espaciosa, no le falta de nada y el exterior es perfecto.
