Comme indiqué par d’autres et vu sur les photos, la maison est un petit peu isolée et aura besoin d’un rafraîchissement à moyen terme. Mais l’emplacement, le bruit des vagues, les couchers de soleils, la cheminée, le niveau d’équipement et l’authenticité de lieu en font une destination unique. C’était parfait !

Das Wichtigste zuerst, das Haus ist großartig und entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung. Wir hatten es gewählt, weil es ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist, um den westlichen Teil von Zypern zu erkunden aber dennoch den Strand genießen möchte. Es ist empfehlenswert sich ein Auto zu mieten damit man bequem die nahegelegenen Restaurants und die Stadt besuchen kann. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr komfortabel mit allem, was man benötigt. Am Abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse betrachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert einwandfrei. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Our stay at Paris’ beach house was amazing. Being right on the beach was such a unique experience for all the family. The house was clean and tidy and very comfortable with anything you can think of 😀 The kids also loved it! The location is very quite and close to Latchi with the great harbour. Paris is very fast and responsive on any question we may had. He was also very kind to let us stay late on the day of our departure Definitely recommend, Thinking about our next stay already

The accommodation is right on the seafront and offers beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed our time there as it is quite private and the beach is empty. The house has character and needs some work in places, but it is very well equipped with everything you need. The highlight is definitely the big terrace and the private access to the beach. Communication with Paris was also great. All in all very recommendable!

The apartment is located on a beautiful wild beach where turtles lay their eggs. Sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore is a wonderful experience! We were never able to spend a day on the beach because the North-West wind was very strong throughout our stay and the waves were challenging, however there are enchanting seaside places sheltered from the wind that can be reached in a few minutes by car. Apart from the location, the house is very large and one perceives that it is a house lived in by its owners, it is not an apartment born as a vacation rental. The appearance is a little decadent because some time must have passed since the last renovation. I believe that the general atmosphere of the apartment contributes to its charm but brand new lovers would do better to look elsewhere. The only sore point, the ad indicated a barbecue but actually it is an odd object, very old and - above all - completely rusty. It has been impossible to cook the fish we had bought.
