Location very good for our situation. Quiet and felt safe in neighborhood. Could use some wash cloths in bathroom and some wash cloths in kitchen. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend this location. Thanks George.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo complex. Condo written descriptions and pictures accurate. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Condo convenient to all of our activities for our 2 week stay i.e. walking Sun n Lake area, golfing, and variety of restaurants and bars to use. Easy checking in and check out. Convenient touch code lock access to condo. Only negative comment was had intermittent internet a few days… limited towels and kitchen place ware / cups. Overall enjoyed our stay and will hope to stay here next year for two weeks.

A nice 1-bedroom place. Pool was nice but the non-heated pool was mot warm enough for a January dip. I am not a fan of plastic plates and bought my own ceramic plates and bowls at Walmart for $1.58 each. Others might not care as much. Perfect for 1 person or a couple who are looking for a basic place for a fair price.

Convenient to the town of Sebring and less than 15 minutes from Sebring International Raceway. Perfect place to stay when attending a race, and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
