I stayed here for two weeks. The place did its job. There was a heater, towels, blankets, and it had all the working amenities. It even had an air purifier which is needed in Korea. There was also a laundromat directly outside of the Airbnb so that was a huge plus. Some people are saying it’s good for 2 people but that’s not true. The bed is very wobbly and small. I think one person is the best option. Don’t plop or jump on the bed or it could break. It’s a ten minute walk to and from any station and there’s a very big hill you have to walk up to get to the Airbnb. So some days, when I was tired, I would take a taxi just so I wouldn’t have to hike haha. There’s also a sewage smell that never goes away but you get used to it. There’s also a tv but it doesn’t have Netflix or cable or anything so also keep that in mind.

The place was exactly as pictured and technically clean. The location is great for Seoul National U students: easy to get to campus on the bus, lots of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, laundry, etc close by. It was a little musty which is to be expected for a semi-basement room. The place had an air purifier/dehumidifier which was very useful. The bathroom is also clean but old. Overall, you get what you pay for. The host was very nice and easy to correspond with.

I was in desperate search for a cheap stay in South Korea and stayed in the airbnb for a week or so. The airbnb is located uphill, so be prepared to grow some calves. Th location is honestly not too bad, it's near alot of shopping areas, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. The subway is not too far either! Though it can be noisy outside. I personally had a hard time with the hygene, I'm very sensitive for dust and mold (what occurs in the bathroom, refridgerator, the extractor hood in the kitchen and cabinets). Unfortunately there was a hideous smell coming from the bathroom drainage. I was afraid the bed might would fall apart, but luckily it didn't haha. There's access to wifi, tv and it even has a washing machine (I did not try this out). It could have been worse, but for the value of money it was alright. I hope the hygene can fixed for the future guests, so it could be a better stay!
