Apartment is great, just as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave and nice fridge. The bedroom is nice and spacious. Bed is comfy and lots of closet space. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Water is on solar so warm water was available for shower and kitchen. Apartment has a washing machine which is a huge plus. Apartment has nice views. Staff on compound are helpful and friendly. Apartment is located in a great area. Walking distance from MTN center in Nyrarutarama. That is helpful to know for first time visitors since you can take a motorbike or taxi to that center (drivers know that center) and then walk from there. Neighborhood is great. MTN center has grocery store, Bourbon Coffee (cafe) and there is a fruit and veg shop opposite the MTN center. Overall, I had a great stay. Great apartment, great neighborhood.

I stayed for 5 weeks at Mary's place in Nyarutarama neighborhood of Kigali as a solo female traveler. Her place was great - felt very safe, comfortable, and super clean/nice/updated apartment. Probably one of the safest areas of Kigali, and I felt very comfortable walking around by myself. Super close to a golf course where there is a great track for running and walking. A bit of a suburban feel to the neighborhood, but plentiful motos nearby to take you anywhere you like - best of both worlds. Mary is truly a super host, immediately responsive and super generous with advice and help getting acclimated to the city. She has an answer to everything! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend for women especially who want to feel comfortable in a new city.

Stayed here for a second time and it was just as perfect as the first time! Amazing host, ideal location, easy access to transport, very safe. Making this my first choice apartment for all future trips to Kigali! Highly recommend!! :)

Very nice appartement at Nyarutarama. In walking distance to main road to catch moto or taxi. Good Infos provided, communication was great. Thanks to Mary!
