It's unique and private! New building codes don't allow you to build right against the river or have cantilevered porches over it as these have. The sound of the water is so relaxing! Come stay in our 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath condo located in Gatlinburg, TN located right on the river! This condo is one mile from downtown Gatlinburg (to Ripley's Aquarium). Walking distance to many of the main attractions In Gatlinburg. Come stay in our 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath condo located in Gatlinburg, TN, right on the river! This condo is 1 minute from downtown Gatlinburg and walking distance to many popular attractions. The condo offers 2 queen beds, accommodating 4 guests. Dining table seats 4. Cable TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, central heat/air, and a large private balcony, situated right over the river! You can fish right from the balcony! (must have a TN fishing license to do so). Need more space for your group? Be sure to inquire about our other unit in the same building.

Place was better than the picVery clean. Very quiet. Pet friendly and did not smell like a pet had ever been there. Easily accessible even though a member of our party has mobility issues. Quick response to Wifi question. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. And the nearest trolly pick up is not at the aquarium any more. It is now just 1/2 mile away. Even better.

Fabulous to be looking over the river and listening to it all day. Comfortable and clean apartment. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. It was great waking up and having coffee watching and listening to the river right off of the balcony. As others have stated, the condo is a little outdated- but it was very clean and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay there again… and I’m very picky on where we stay.

Chuck’s place was amazing! It was just as we were expecting. It felt private, spacious, views were beautiful. It’s a small 15 minute walk to town which was perfect for us! Chuck was very responsive and friendly! He let us check in early & let us keep our car on the property for a bit past checkout while we were on a tour! Amazing stay !

The condo is located at the end of a dead end side street that runs parallel to the beginning of the main Parkway, right along the river! Because it's right next to the Little Pigeon River, some spots of Hemlock Street are narrow and single lane, so be sure to use caution when driving.

While the condo is within walking distance of the main parkway of Gatlinburg, we do recommend having your own transportation. Parking is provided at the condo, at no additional charge. The Gatlinburg Welcome Center and Mass Transit Center (Trolleys) can be found next to Ripley's Aquarium, 1 mile from the condo.

We have both lived in East Tennessee since we were very young. We are now in Sevierville but have always loved Gatlinburg and especially the river! We love outdoor life and hiking the Smokies! Our second love is the low country of South Carolina and beach living. Our home away from home!!!
