We stayed for more than 3 weeks at this apartment while in Guadalajara on business and it was a great experience. The building is very nice, clean and safe with so many amenities. The location is great with restaurants, a convenience store and a pharmacy all in the building or just next door. The shopping center Midtown (with so many shops, and restaurants and even a large grocery store) is just a few blocks away and very walkable. Giovanni was very responsive to all of my many questions. We will definitely return to this apartment on our next stay in Guadalajara.

Second time now staying at Giovanni’s , and I had to the same experience as the first . PERFECT. Clean , great location , secure and that gorgeous view.

El departamento es increíble, muy bonito, moderno, limpio, sin duda uno de los mejores que me he hospedado. La ubicación es inmejorable, parques y lugares en los cuales caminar justo afuera del edificio. Las amenidades son un gran plus, gimnasio, alberca y terraza. La comunicación con Giovanni fue muy buena, siempre contestó rápido y fue muy atento. Definitivamente me quedaría aquí muchas veces más.
