There were a few issues with the unit but Shelly Ann was quick to resolve the issues and even bought breakfast and a few grocery items to apologize for the inconvenience which was much appreciated. It is a nice flat with all amenities. Shelly Ann was very nice.

ShellyAnn is a boss lady, we checked in at 2:15 pm and had to run out at the same time, we noticed she had lots of bottled water for us, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, bread, butter, milk, eggs, and no alcohol assorted drinks, everything for a quick night snack and breakfast and the A/C was on to keep the place cool in the Trini heat, I really appreciated all that. The living room design and sofa are placed in a marvelous setting, both rooms are great places to rest and the area is super quiet, I mean really quiet, the Savahanna is close by for walking with a proper walking path of 1440m track, with wifi, washer, and dryer it's like being home, the kitchen was ok as well had all we needed to prepare our meals as we eat differently and don't eat out much. On Sunday afternoon she brought us lunch while were resting and thinking about what to cook. Such a wonderful and thoughtful person I am sorry I didn't get to meet her in person as we were always busy. Excellent service ShellyAnn.

The place was clean cozy and very comfortable and the host was very friendly and always responsive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely book again.

I strongly and very highly recommend this listing. It was awesome. It was better than expected. Great room, restroom, kitchen, etc.. Shelly Ann is awesome.

Shelly Ann's place was exactly what we needed; I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but nearby to transportation and local shops, and secure. While we had some difficulty finding it at first, Shelly Ann was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were able to get in. She also left some personal touches and supplies that made us feel very welcome in her space! Overall, I fully agree with the many other positive reviews Shelly Ann has received for her place, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
