We are family friendly with all the comforts of home, away from home. We are located between Soldotna and Ninilchik with easy access to the Sterling Hwy. on the Kenai Peninsula, close to the Kasilof River and Clam Gulch beach. It's the perfect spot to stay on your way back from Homer! We also offer commercial fish processing if you are doing any charters on the peninsula. Our residence is on the side of this large 3 story rental so we are close by, but you have 100% access to your side. This is a 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom, 3000 sq. ft. duplex home. It is 3 stories with a large wrap around deck. You will have access to the entire 3 stories and deck. The top floor has 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom (3 with jetted tubs, 1 with 4 ft. shower). Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with a view. All bedrooms have TV's with streaming devices or smart TV's. The middle floor has a large kitchen and dining room with picture windows overlooking the deck. The middle floor also includes a living room with 1 couch and 2 recliners, large private entry and a 1/2 bath. The downstairs has an additional family room with a love seat, twin day bed, kitchenette, and small table and chairs. There are two bedrooms downstairs off the family room. The larger bedroom has a private bath with a large jetted tub. Their is also an additional bathroom off the family room and a laundry room.

Awesome people to deal with with a beautiful place at a great price. the big kicker is their ability to vacuum seal and freeze your fish right there at your rental. saved us so many trips to Soldotna.
This is a great place to stay for a family gathering. Pleanty of room. Everyone has privacy but also great gathering areas to sit and visit. The scenery is amazing. We saw moose, swans, and eagles. Heidi's a great host. We would highly recommend this place.
This felt like home to us!! It was clean and spacious for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was extremely generous! The view out the back deck is beautiful and we got to see some wildlife every day. Definitely gets a five star from us!! Thanks, Heidi!
Heidi was a wonderful hostess! she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable! I highly recommend staying at one of her properties! I will definitely try to visit again!
We had a group of 6 adults that stayed here in June 2022 for a work fishing trip excursion. Every one of us loved this house so much. The house is very spacious, has an amazing deck that also has so much room for a large group, all but 1 bedroom had its own bathroom with jetted tub which was awesome since again, this was a work trip and it's no fun sharing bathrooms with other employees. Heidi was great with her communication with us. She mentioned they can freeze pack fish for us which we took her up on and so glad we did. They did an awesome job with it. We take this trip twice every summer and will be booking with Heidi every time going forward. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. You will not be disappointed!

We are located in Clam Gulch right off the Sterling Highway. We are close to the Clam Gulch beach and Kasilof River.
You will need to bring you own car to get around. We are not located close to public transit.

I was born and raised most of my life in Alaska. I married my husband, Wayne in 1995 while attending BYU- Hawaii. We now have 6 children (3 girls and 3 boys). We commercial fish every summer for salmon and are busy renting our vacation home and processing fish for guests. Alaska has been my home for most of my life and I love it here. It's a great place to raise a family!
