landlord is A lovely lady with a beautiful name, very good personality and helpful. Taking care of us in every aspect. very thoughtful in service and guidance. very good at singing and playing musical instrument with kids. manythanks to her.

the host is very nice and good at communicating with customers. She will give you useful advice about shopping/travel/sports in KL.

Our stay was short but it was perfect. We only stayed one night because we only had to come to KL for an appointment. During our short stay Rose was very accomodating and friendly. She showed us the cheap but good places to eat. She even gave us a lift to the LRT station on the day we checked out! The room was ready made and tidy when we arrived. There is a/c but the fan was enough to keep us cool. The sheets were cleaned and smelled good, and the mattress was REALLY comfortable as advertised! So far on our trip, we had the best sleep here. The host provided us an extra blanket when we asked which was nice and there is hot water for a shower which isn't always the case. (some places have water heaters attached that don't work and you only find out after you check in). The table areas were perfect for our needs. We run a webstore so this was important for us to be able to have two places where we can work. I used the laptop table and Clem used the coffee table and sofa. The book collection was small but interesting choices. There is drinking water provided which we greatly appreciate in Malaysia. The koi fish pond, garden and birdhouses were bonuses! It's nice to be able to immerse in a bit of nature in an urban environment. Overall we highly recommend this to everyone!
