We've stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Bill is a great host, and he maintains his property with a lot of care. You can't beat the privacy and immersion in the surrounding nature. We had a great time biking on his road, which is not far from state hunting grounds with a lot of room to ride and experience the creeks and mountains. Can't wait to come back soon!

The cabin was beautiful, we absolutely loved our stay here! Tucked away in the woods, very private…except for all the wildlife! It was a perfect combination of quiet & privacy while still being close enough to the areas local attractions (state parks, hiking, Ricketts Glenn). Make sure you take time to sit on the back porch in the mornings, enjoying a hot cup of coffee and the wildlife. During our stay we had turkeys roost in the pine trees and a buck stroll down to the pond. We only wish we had more time to spend there! We will definitely return next time we come back to visit family who live in the area. Thank you Bill and Linda for some relaxing time during our “working” weekend:)

This is a very cozy, clean and comfortable cabin in a magical setting in the woods overlooking a pond. Both the living and dining areas have lovely views of the pond and woods and there is also a wonderful deck for sitting outdoors, as well as an outdoor kitchen/grilling area. It is extremely private and very relaxing. It is also very nice that you can bring dogs and they will absolutely love it here!

Private, well kept, cozy home. The property is completely secluded which is rare even in this type of area. The owners’s were helpful with communication but not intrusive. We had everything we needed and town is a quick enough drive that we could pick things up or go out for dinner or ice cream to relax. The pond is serene and you are surrounded by trees and a few deer. Highly recommend.

You will not be disappointed when you stay here! My husband & I, along with our two dogs, spent the most peaceful two days here. The place was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for an amazing stay.
