Lovely place , some little difficulties to find the place but very easy with full indications provided by the host.

you have to expect that the host is living with you in the first floor which the description dosent include this information and said only that they live nearby apartments so dosent expect to be comfortable in the whole apartment because you wont have privacy in using the pool and the garden and the roads to the apartment is disaster and very dangerous and there is no public transportation so no chance you gonna stay there without to rent a car otherwise the house is very lovely and nice but like i said you are living in shared apartments

We had a lovely 3 week stay at Theo's place. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean on arrival. We were shown around the apartment and were even greeted with homemade treats and drinks in the fridge. The views were lovely, and the area was really quiet. Being high on a hill also gave the added benefit of lovely breezes much of the time. It was a welcome retreat after very hot days out in Athens and other areas exploring. Theo's parents who live in the building were really lovely and looked after us really well. Our 4 year old really liked them and they were so kind to her. A couple of notes would be that the apartment is a long way up in the hills, and the roads are quite poor. You definitely need a car and some patients as GPS frequently leads you to dead ends. Also, being in the hills, there is not the option for take out/food delivery or to walk to any restaurant. However, this was all manageable and did not take away too much from our stay.

This wonderful Airbnb is a great escape from the bustling city of Athens... However it is close enough to the village of Pikermi which has many wonderful restaurants, cafes, etc. The view from the home is incredible. The kitchen is well equipped and really nice to use. The bedrooms upstairs provided plenty of room for my family of five. The grounds of the home are super relaxing and nice to lounge around, especially poolside. We also really enjoyed getting to connect with the owners who live in a separate home on site. I would definitely recommend this place and be happy to stay here again in the future.
