Our place is close to the Turtle Point clubhouse, the Sanctuary, and East Beach with its market. We are about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our 2 bedroom villa is spacious, and is rated top-tier by the Kiawah Island Resort. Our patio has been finished and is now part of the interior, offering a separate seating area as well as a game table and an office area. Because we are managed by the Kiawah Island Resort, our guests enjoy full resort amenities, including use of the 2 pool areas. We are required by the village to provide our Kiawah Island business license: RBL 19-006176. There is parking available for 2 vehicles.
