We had ~11 adults and 2 children ~2 years old. It worked extremely well for us, though the layout was a bit tough to tell from the photos. The room with two large murphy beds and a couch doesn't have a door, and is next to the powder room which doesn't have a shower. The master bedroom is larger than most San Francisco apartments, and literally the closet could easily be used as another bedroom. Just massive. Overall the house is LOVELY and excellently setup for a "compound" style family vacation. The pool and hot tub were awesome, there was no noise from neighbors, the backyard was very sunny and spacious, the cooking amenities and outdoor grill were spectacular. We barely left the house over 4 days and couldn't have been much happier!

Look I had very high expectations based on the money I was spending and the profile of the home. I’ve rented out in Indio for several years to attend Coachella and have had varying experiences. No question Karen and her team took amazing care of us and the house managed to exceed anything we could have hoped for.

This is an amazing house. The yard is picture perfect, with pool and golf course view. The house is immaculate, and the bedding is wonderfully comfortable. So well equipped...And the hospitality coordinator could not have been more professional and helpful. We were very impressed with out experience, and would recommend to anyone.

The home and in particular, the backyard, was absolutely breathtaking. Marissa was also very gracious and was available to work with us and assist with any request we had. Definitely looking forward to staying here more often. Made for one of the best weekends of our lives!
