This was our second time staying here. Whenever we're in the area we hope to book with Ira. It's a short walk to cute restaurants and a spectacular and historic neighborhood. We can't say enough good things about ira's hospitality.

One of the best places I ever stayed. Everything was perfectly done from aesthetics to comfort to cleanliness to welcome amenities to make the guests feel just like home. Although our busy schedule did not allow us to take full advantage of the garden with putting green and surroundings area, our short stay was nothing but perfect. If we are in the area again, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommend this 6 star place.

This was our fourth visit to Ira's, and if we could have given a 6-Star ranking, we would. Ira/Gay's attention to detail, suggestions and overall friendliness add to a positive environment. The units (we've stayed in both) are clean, uncluttered and beautifully set-up with the right essentials (e.g. nice wine and cocktail glasses - the essentials.) Neighborhood is relaxing with a fabalous front porch, while a convenient spot to walk to beautiful parks, all the while trying to decide if you want to indulge in some Greek restaurants along the water (15 min. walk) or more contemporary restaurants in the quaint downtown (10 min. walk). We are reluctant to give such a review because more people will book. Okay, just kidding, this is a place to be kicked back and return to a calmer side of life. An example of how attentive Ira is: we live in Florida, four hours away. My wife accidentally left her car/home keys in unit. Ira sent them back same day via USPS Priority. That's service!

Ira and Gay are the perfect hosts. Helpful and friendly. We loved the patios and side yard. Everything was so nice.
