During the summer, my college son undertook an internship in Long Beach. Despite my initial nervousness about sending him across the country without knowing the area, I was relieved to discover Rita's apartment. From the moment we met her, Rita was incredibly warm and supportive, even greeting us with a heartfelt hug at the door. She provided us with fantastic recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and hiking trails. The apartment itself was spotless, the bed was cozy, and its location conveniently close to downtown. With the assurance of a wonderful host and a comfortable space, I felt at ease leaving him there after he settled in. He could easily commute to work via the metro and had the chance to explore both Long Beach and its surroundings. His interactions with Rita were enjoyable, and her presence provided me with peace of mind, knowing she was available to assist if needed. Without hesitation, I would rebook the apartment if he returns next summer.
