Between the chicken and deer visits in the backyard we never felt like we were in the city. We are thankful that Nick & his family allowed us to stay in their beautiful home. The bathroom has been remodeled and the full size washer/dryer combination unit is a wonderful addition. Due to this remodel the space did have dust on items and the floor, trash left in the trash can which we cleaned up during our stay. The rental space does not have a private entrance at this time, Nick explained he is working on that project in the future. Nick was a gracious host and requested our feedback and we appreciated his willingness to listen and share his vision to make this rental keyless and private. We definitely would love to see what he does with this unique space.

Nick was a very welcoming host, though we waited for a bit at his house before he arrived. I would recommend contacting him a few days beforehand to arrange a check in time. The living room space and ping pong rooms were fun. It was a comfortable space to stay in and was conveniently close to the areas we were visiting. There's one bedroom that has both a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds - I booked it thinking that they were in two separate rooms. It became chilly at night but they provided plenty of blankets. There's a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig. It was a good price for the amount of space we had to ourselves. Turning left out of the neighborhood requires some patience because of local traffic patterns, but eventually we made it out. We enjoyed our stay!
