Best stay on Best street. Carl's place is amazing and had so much space, we felt right at home. Location can't be beat, right on the park and everything you need is nearby. Carl was friendly, responsive and added a bunch of small touches around the house that made it an amazing stay. A true gem!

Carl is the consummate Airbnb host. He’s warm, responsive, and goes to great lengths to make sure his place is welcoming with small touches like cold drinks in the fridge, lots of toilet paper and an abundance of clean towels. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and truly has everything you need for a fantastic stay, in a neighborhood that’s full of life!

Carl’s place is fantastic! The apartment it’s beautiful and well kept. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable for my week long stay with my niece. Close to tons of great shops, restaurants and two great grocery stores. Easy tram ride to CBD as well. Carl was very helpful and a great host. Wish I was still there!

We had a lovely welcome from Carl , who kindly helped us with parking as soon as we arrived and let us use his permit. Which was amazing for the use for the whole stay in Melbourne for our hire car. The beautifully curated interiors and luxury of his apartment made our stay a 5 star experience. We loved his design/foodie book collection , attention to detail and the rooftop garden was perfect for relaxing and dining outside. The kitchen has everything you need and well set up. The shower is the best !!! And everything was immaculate. We loved this apartment.💛 Carl was on hand and gave great recommendations and has thoughtfully catered for anyone visiting the city. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for having us Carl.

This stay is aptly located on Best St., because it’s the BEST stay. Every aspect of this unit is perfect with wonderful touches all over. The location is a 10/10, as are the amenities. We hated to leave. Carl himself is a responsive, friendly, and generous host. He spares no expense to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. Such a breath of fresh air to stay in such a quality Airbnb.
