Wow what a little gem this is… the log burner kept it unbelievably warm and cosy and you just feel so at peace here watching the birds and listening to the sheep… loved it here and can’t wait to return!

What a lovely little place, perfect for escaping the real world. Super peaceful and relaxing. Loads of little games and books to keep you occupied. Maps for local walks, recommendations for places to go & plenty on information dotted around for the surrounding areas. It felt very nice and private. The bathroom was decorated beautifully. Surrounded by animals, pheasants, squirrels, birds, sheep and cows. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on and the pillows were amazing. The little shipping container had everything you needed for a couple of days off grid. Thank you!! I hope to stay here again one day :)

Sue’s place is one of a kind, we felt so cozy in the wee container home! Everything was clean, Sue was very responsive and left clear instructions for everything and we had our own private space! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the window only sad that the weather was very wet so we couldn’t sit outside but the container was warm and comfy. The bathroom was at the house but it’s not far and the facilities were lovely. My daughter loved feeding crumbs to the chicken and we had a great time with no tv or iPad!

We had a great time staying at Sue’s. With the games and books provided there was lots to do when sitting by the fire and resting after the car journey. Thank you!
