We love staying at the Lost Anchor cabins. The views from the bluff are incredible and we enjoy watching the otters while enjoying a beverage on the back deck. The cabins are small and simple but have comfortable beds and everything necessary. Kevin and Lauren are great hosts and we have enjoyed conversing with them in the past when they are on site. We'll be back again.

Kevin and Lauren’s place was out of this world. The view alone was worth the stay. Every night the sunset gave us a different show over the ridge line across the bay. We were in heaven. The house was a perfect set up for us 5. The kitchen has all you need and more, to include a grill where we prepared some fresh catch! The beds were super comfy for our sleep time. Our favorite were the outdoor spaces on the grounds from the view to the bluffs alone, I felt like I was in a Brontë novel. The beach at Anchor Point was our evening entertainment where we collected rocks, waded in the water, and saw a menagerie of wildlife. We saw moose, otter, eagles, and black fins coming out of the water. It was perfection. Thank you Kevin and Lauren. This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed in all of my travels.

Our stay at the Douglas cabin was great! The view of the mountains and water were awesome! Seen a lot of moose in the area, one right next to the cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and gave us a great place to recharge in between our ventures around the Kenai.

We walked in and it felt like home!! Even on rainy days. The view is unforgettable !! The grounds were fantastic and Kevin was so nice. We definitely hated to leave. My son lives five minutes away but our last day l said no adventures this afternoon l just want to enjoy this cabin!!
