Definitely deserve a super host, Ronald and Manager Echie was very responsive from the beginning till the very end. We had a power issue on the first night, despite it being middle of the night Ronald sent his team in busy fixing the issue without affecting us in the house. The house is big and super breezy. Kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay with Ronald if we visit Bali again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The house is really excellent. All the ceilings are 10' high or maybe higher, all the rooms are huge and oversized. You can see the surf breaking from the huge deck. The pool is huge and long enough to do long laps. The yard is huge and the entrance has these 15 foot extreamly imposing gates. Rond and his wife and the staff are extremely happy fun people who make meeting them and staying at this villa they own extreamly fun and pleasant. The location is literally just next to Echo Beach where great surfers are hanging out and the whole vibe is really positive. I would stay here anytime I was in Canguu and would suggest this way over Seminyak which is a stroll down the beach if you want to go to Seminyak.

Ronald and his staff were responsive and easy to communicate with, accommodating and warm. The villa itself was good for a group as the common areas were huge. We loved both the indoor and outdoor areas. A pleasant surprise: the lack of insects and bugs, which are aplenty in Bali. The villa itself was quite nice, clean and well-made. A negative for us was that it wasn't "beachfront" as listed. There was a beach view but (1) with no direct beach access and (2) there was a wall, a piece of land and some beach shacks between the property and the beach. There was also construction next door, which affected the nap quality of our kids. For frequent Bali visitors, the location wouldn't be an issue. Virgins may have a challenging time getting around/finding it. I would recommend the villa if you plan on enjoying the villa itself (vs the beach or Bali spots) with a big group of friends.

We had the most amazing stay at The Palms. The staff were very nice, we would highly recommend this please to stay and we look forward to staying at The Palms soon.

This is the first time I booked myself through AirBnb so I'm quite new to this. And I must say I am pleasantly surprised. Ronald's villa is beautiful and exactly as it was in the pictures. It's a large Dutch style villa 6 rooms. The villa is very well maintained and very clean. Echie as our villa host was very hospitable. She welcomed us on the first day even though we arrived around 2 am. She was very accommodating on all of our requests and enquiries. Ronald the owner is also very friendly who called an greeted before and after our stay. The villa itself was fantastic and has all the required amenities. Our family especially the kids enjoyed the pool. The workers were very friendly and always responsive. The villa was slightly difficult to find the first time as the main road Jalan Bayu mejan has been closed. But after the first time, it was quite easy. It is well located in Canggu area and near amenities like local warungs and shops. It is also minutes away from Echo beach which is surfers paradise beach. All in all I would highly recommend others to try this out.
