Our stay at the Robyn’s place was convenient and comfortable. It was situated just a block away from the historic Swiss Avenue, where we enjoyed morning walks of that neighborhood's beautiful charm. Although onsite parking was not available, parking on the adjacent street was sufficient. Accessing the property using the gate code or clicker was straightforward, akin to using a key at the front door. Clear arrival instructions were provided, which were essential due to the property's layout as an in-law house at the back of the main residence. Once we found the front door of the unit we were staying at, future navigation was no longer an issue. The place also felt vey private. The place had all necessary amenities, heat, AC, and a comfortable bed. However, the small claw tub with a shower curtain wrapped all the way around it was a bit small and impractical, making showering uncomfortable. Overall, Robyn’s place provided a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Dallas.

Beautiful Air Bnb. Loved the decorations and the space. The Host was extremely helpful and answered all questions! Would 100% stay here again.

Robyn was a very responsive and kind host! The property was very cozy and my daughter and I felt safe the entire time we were there! The carriage house is behind their house but there were no noise issues whatsoever. The place was stocked with anything you would need including very nice toiletries that my daughter loved! Nice touch! It was very easy to control the indoor climate as there was about a 50 degree swing in temperature in the 3 days we were there! The local restaurants were amazing! Would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to be in the Dallas area. Quite a value for the price!

The carriage house was very beautiful! The bed was super comfy and it was perfect for my solo trip. Few items were not ideal for me but not deal breakers. The inability to load and unload my car near the home wasn’t great. It was manageable with just me but I can’t see if being difficult if you’re traveling with kids. The main home wasn’t difficult to find however would have appreciated some signage pointing towards the door to the carriage house. I arrived at night and wasn’t very sure where to go once in the driveway. There was a light flashing into the stairway that didn’t allow the home to be dark at night. It bothered me the first night then didn’t notice after. Then the tub wasn’t the easiest to shower in but it’s manageable. Otherwise the home was beautiful and had everything I needed.
