My family stayed at Julia's for a week. We absolutely LOVED the house. We had enough space to spread out when we wanted to and it was very clean. I was a little worried about the stairs with my father in law in his 70s after reading a few reviews, but we must also have steep stairs because I didn't feel like they were any different than what we were used to and our group did fine, anyway. The hot tub was great after long hikes and the kids loved roasting hot dogs and smores on the balcony fire pit. The location was great and we divided our time between Monterey and Santa Cruz. I would not hesitate to stay at Julia's again.

Our place was perfect for our group of 6. Parents and 4 20-somethings in the area . Privacy but great common area. Enjoyed the fire on the deck most nights. Some of us are readers and would have loved lamps - especially bedside lamps. Everything else was just as we hoped. Would definitely recommend!

Friends Getaway, Everyone enjoyed their stay in this beautiful home. The outdoor space is so relaxing and the Hot Tub was such a treat after a day of walking and beach going. Kitchen is well stocked and room for everyone to help. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, beautiful surroundings. Love to come back.
