Made extremely welcome from the onset from both the hosts and Tomy their loveable dachshund. An excellent location for exploring mid Wales.

Penny and Leigh were calm, friendly and welcoming hosts. A welcome cup of tea was offered after being shown the spotless and spacious bedroom and bathroom and we had a great chat - it was like an evening with friends. The room was quiet and comfortable, with cosy bedding so I had a restful night. Breakfast in the morning was taken in the airy dining room at my chosen time and I was offered a choice which set me up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble and Leigh very kindly took me to my meeting location. Penny and Leigh are great hosts and the rooms are superb - wholeheartedly recommended and I am hoping to return! Tommy the mini dachshund was also very welcoming, and well behaved!

Penny and Leigh are great hosts and made us feel very welcome in their lovely house, which is well appointed, warm & spotlessly clean. We had exclusive use of top floor bedroom (great view to hills) and bathroom. Continental breakfast was a treat. Excellent location, just a few hundred metres from, restaurants, shops, station, lake, etc. We hope to stay longer next time!
