Welcome to your private guest cottage at our home in South Park. This roomy, detached cottage offers a private, light space with a full bath and kitchenette. You're close to restaurants, shops, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, downtown, beaches, airport, and more. There's plenty of free street parking and you can explore and enjoy your stay in one of San Diego's historic neighborhoods. Self check-in and keypad locks make it easy to come and go as you please. You'll stay in the private, detached guest cottage. It's a bright, comfortable space where you can relax, sleep or work. Enjoy a queen-size bed; full-size bath; kitchenette; TV; and more. The kitchenette has a granite counter, sink, filtered water, cupboards and drawers, mini-fridge, microwave, and dishes (no stove). Flat-screen TV with cable and WiFi. The queen-size bed has 100% cotton linens. Relax or work at the pub table with padded bar stools. You have a large closet with shelves and plenty of hanging space. We provide coffee, tea, and snacks. There's free street parking right outside the gate entrance. Strong WiFi and dedicated router also make this a great place to connect to your work if needed. NOTE: We're in the airport flight path, so you will hear the planes. There's a curfew at the airport from midnight to 6 a.m. The back yard has a spacious deck, an outdoor living room, and an outdoor bar. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or other beverage. We are close to restaurants, brew pubs, shops and boutiques, grocery stores, a Target, laundromat and more. We are proud of our 5-star ratings and take great care in cleaning and sanitizing the space. Sheets and towels are always washed in hot water with bleach/sanitizing solutions. The bed spread, pillow covers, mattress cover and shower curtains are washed and changed between each guest. You have your choice of blankets which are washed after each use. We want you to know we are taking every step to offer a clean and relaxing environment. We have two small rescue pups, Penny and Maple. The pets are inside at night and when we're home.
