Palm, olive, pine and fruit trees bring dappled shade to the grounds. Only a narrow road separates the premises from the beautiful surfers’ beach of Agios Ioannis sparkling bay. The balcony and its spectacular view is offered every morning for your favourite café or in the evening for a chill out aperitif adoring the magnificent Ionian Sea sunsets. The living/dining room is open plan to the kitchen and opens on the sea front balcony. The apartment is convenient for 4 persons. However an extra person can sleep on a retractable bed which is underneath the living room sofa.
