We had a delightful family stay at this homestay! The location was fantastic, and the owner and caretaker ensured our party of 9 had everything we needed. The heritage property ambiance was truly amazing, and the two-floored setup added an extra layer of enjoyment, especially for the kids. A heartfelt thanks to Pranave for crafting a thoughtful itinerary and arranging travel to accommodate our special needs. The well-maintained property and its standout location made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The place is not that great for the price paid . It had enough beds and rooms but had only 2 bathrooms. They had also uploaded a private kitchen picture and expected a private kitchen attached to our cottage but realised that was an old picture and the property has a common kitchen where we have to pay 700rs for using gas & stove just for one time. Everything was overpriced there. The rooms were not ventilated properly which results in bad smell in all the 3 rooms. The bathroom in the ground floor was smelling so bad that we had to complaint about it. Bed spreads and blankets were not clean and were smelly. Overall the place is overpriced and doesn't have good amenities.

I had the pleasure of staying at Swastha Homestay in Wayanad, and its been a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Wayanad. The homestay is surrounded by coffee plantations, making it a super location. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the attentive caretaker who was always there to cater our families need. The owner Mr.Pranave helped a great deal in planing the sightseeing activities. Their well-thought-out itinerary made exploring Wayanad very easy, and we got to see some incredible places thanks to their recommendations. I must give a special shoutout to the homely food. It was absolutely delicious. While the villa itself is a bit old, the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. The slight size constraint in the rooms was hardly an issue, given the beautiful surroundings and the comfort. In addition to the stay, they arranged a campfire and a trek to Kurumbalakotta, which I highly recommend as a must vist.

Private bonfire arangement. Kitchen top and utensils were in good condition. Very helpful for arranging of local cuisine homemade food. Stay manager Mr. Swami was very helpful for arranging stuff.

Worst Airbnb Experience ever. Pros: -Place looks great from outside and photos -Bonefire(Extra Cost)was worth it Cons: -The stay is very badly planned and bathrooms are very difficult to share among guests, 2 bathrooms for 10 guests -Staircase is tricky and can cause ankle twists/slips. -Bedrooms are small with inappropriate ventilation. -The beds,pillows were smelling of sweat and dust and there were stains on bedsheets -The room freshers smell was very strong and irritating I had to throwaway. -There was no toiletries in bathroom. -All 3 villas in the same campus and other guest were noisy we wanted to go inside our villa but we couldn't coz bad smell inside -Food (Extra cost) was below average and chapati were not human friendly only animals could chew those -Caretaker ordered starter food(Extra Cost) to eat with bonfire.Quantity and quality was very bad. -In summary we were looted for a torturous stay with unhealthy bad food -Never visiting again.
