Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Massy apartment. While the apartment was older than I expected, it was clean and had plenty of space for us to spread out. Interaction with the host(s) was always positive and they were very quick to respond to any questions/problems. The apartment is close to a grocery store and bakery and is a quick, easy walk to the train to take you into Paris. While the train ride itself may only take about 20 minutes, when mapped from the apartment, allowing for walking to the station, waiting for the train, etc., it usually took us about an hour to get into Paris. It was easy, just more time consuming than I anticipated. It's a bustling neighborhood with lots of other apartment buildings in the surrounding areas. My initial impression was that it was not the nicest area, but we never felt unsafe and people in the area were very friendly. That said, if I was to choose to stay in another suburb of Paris again, I would probably opt to stay in Versailles, which has a comparable commute time into Paris. Also, the sofa/bed in the living room is not a 2 person bed. My 12-year-old slept on it and it worked for her, but I can not imagine it sleeping two adults. Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend the hosts. This apartment is a good value when looking at stays in the Paris area.

My friend and I had a fantastic time at Philippe's apartment, it looked exactly like the photos. The location was great and it was really easy to get around, we took the train into Paris and it only took about 20 minutes or so. There is a small shopping centre across the road, with a good chinese restaurant. We were also delighted to see a bakery which had the most amazing break and cakes. It was just great fresh bread, croissants and cakes to a high standard. The apartment really is a home from home, there was everything one could possibly need for a stay in Paris. We had a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge! There was a smart TV and we had a little difficult working out how to log on to Netflix but Philippe came and sorted it for us in no time at all. I would not hesitate to stay at the apartment again or recommend it to family and friends. Thank you so much for a great stay in Paris!!
