super bel endroit près de la plage Bel appartement ayant de belles divisions parfait pour une grande famille avec adolescents. beaucoup de commodité dans la cuisine permettant de faire de bons repas Merci bcp, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour !

Overpriced for what you get. I would not stay here again. This house has a lot of room and is close to the beach (you can't see it, but you can walk there). But it is missing many little things that could make a stay more comfortable. For example, a fan for each bedroom would be good (I asked if there was another fan to use and I was told to open the windows and we would be fine. Side note, there is a terrible smell from the fish processing plant in Peniche that you can smell at this apartment when the wind is right). There are at least two shutters broken in one of the rooms, so you cannot close them. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom so they can dry. Very few electrical outlets made it difficult to charge our phones, this could be easily fixed with a power strip in each room. There was no olive oil in the kitchen, this seems like a basic thing that most houses have. The shower heads are much too big and heavy so they point at the wall and you cannot stand under them to wash your hair. The shower doors don't close properly and water gets everywhere. The windows were dirty. The floors were not very clean and our feet picked up a lot of dirt from walking around. Overall I felt the price was only because of the size of the place and that it is close to a famous surfing location, but the house itself was not comfortable or nice to stay in.
