Visited Sandy Knolls for a little retreat with my sister in March. The cottage was easy to find, and had good parking for our two vehicles. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and just a short walk to the beach. This cottage was well appointed, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We had cold and blustery weather, but it was cozy and warm inside, with comfy couches and beds. And lovely extra heat in the bathrooms! Kitchen had everything we needed. Didn't have a chance to try the hot tub, but the deck was sheltered, sunny, and warm in the mornings (with great deck chairs), and the fire pit in the back yard was nice. Shane is a great host! Very positive and clear communication, and helpful with any needs. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely visit again!

Our visit was perfect! The place provided a comfortable refuge after full days of exploring. The place was clean, well appointed and Shane was a great communicator. We appreciated all the information and the ease of communication. We will share with our friends. Thanks for providing such a lovely space for us!

The beach house was exactly how Shane described it. It was very clean and very modern and we had a great time.

Loved the house and amenities. Perfect size for a getaway. Backyard is wide open and close to neighbors so making sure dogs are tied up or on leashes is critical. Kitchen was labeled and organized and smelled clean upon arrival. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable and the grill worked well! Looking forward to going back and spending more time there!
