In general, Breege's place is a lovely country home with lots of positive aspects. However, there are 2 points that I feel compelled to mention though feel bad having to do so: 1st, it is extremely bad air quality filled with dense smell of mustiness which can only be attributed to mold which should have a dehumidifier running constantly or A/C to remove this from the air which seriously limited our ability to breathe & sleep, which has resulted in both of us having severe bouts of coughing when we awoke & still throughout today; coughing up nasty mildewey musty tasting flem like cement dust, when we were healthy upon check-in. Needs to address this before other guests stay there. The windows in the sleeping room are painted shut & are impossible to open; so there was no way to ventilate the bedroom. The kitchen & parlor windows can be easily opened but there were many biting gnats that fed upon us when I opened the windows so those had to remain closed. 2:Cant lock doors within/unsafe

Loved staying here!! Photos don’t do it justice, beautifully decorated, inside and out. The surroundings are fantastic, the host is so responsive, it’s amazing what she has done with the land and space. Flowers in the window, butter eggs and milk in the fridge, and the most beautiful courtyard to just sit and read and enjoy the birds chirping snf the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
