We had such a great stay at Marty and Kathy’s! The location was right down the main street in Cedarburg, making everything within walking distance. We tried a couple of their recommendations for food, drinks, coffee, and shopping! The space was very clean and had an easy clean up. They messaged us with a lot of recommendations and gave us plenty of ideas for things to do during our stay. We will definitely return.

The unit was decent, and it's in a great location. I stayed there with my wife for one night. We followed all of the rules, but frankly, they were excessive. At checkout guests are asked to strip the sheets, bring sheets and towels to the hallway and put them in laundry bags. Additionally, do all dishes, take all garbage outside. I get and respect keeping clean, but we paid well to be there, the checkout rules are overboard for paying guests. Communication also was a bit bossy. One example, there are two sets of doors. The building entry door, and the unit door. The welcome message said we didn't HAVE to lock the building door, but we did for safety. We were then messaged that we shouldn't lock the building door, and they "reminded us" that it was indicated in the welcome message and with posting on the door. Well there was not a posting on the door. Also, the welcome message said we didn't HAVE to lock, not that we couldn't. Nice place but not welcoming for vacation

Such a cute place! Perfect for 2 friends on an overnight in Cedaburg! Great location! Clean and comfy! Would stay again!

Best location ever! Kathy was amazing and so helpful and responsive. The place was right downtown. Easy to get too, with all the amenities you need!
