We come to Catalina every year and stay at this house every time. Needless to say we love this room, it has a great view and is very quiet. Hugh's check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. We will be back next year!

Everything that was in the listing description is accurate. We had a question during our stay and Hugh and Francisco responded quickly. The golf cart is a plus! location was a 6 minute drive on the golf cart to Avalon. The place is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay!
