Dear Patricia and Maurice! Thank you for a beautiful time in Nice.I was really fortunate to be a guest in this magnificent home and get to know its owners. This is without a doubt one of the most gorgeous locations I've ever stayed.

Udobna spavaća soba sa prostranim kupatilom. Lep mali salon sa opremljenom kuhinjom, gde nam je Patricia ostavljala svako juitro sveže pecivo za doručak. Lokacija odlična, samo 3minuta udaljena od tramvaja br.1 , koji ide kroz centar do starog grada, a dve stanice do zeleznicke stanice.

So much more than a room in a house! We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful, home and cannot thank Patricia and Mauritius enough. The guest accommodation basically takes up the first floor. There are two bathrooms, a cleverly designed kitchenette area where you can prepare simple meals and a wonderful bedroom. Each room is exquisitely designed and decorated in a melange of styles, but mostly Art Deco. It is stunning. The house is located in a quiet alleyway but we parked in Q car park, a short walk away and had no problems with transport. Access to Tram line 1 is easy and from there on you can reach all the main areas of the city. Patricia recommended many places for us to visit and we really benefitted from this, learning so much more about Nice and the area than we would have done had we stayed elsewhere. And it was this care (for us) and attention to detail (in everything) that was ultimately the stand out feature of our holiday.
