Simone was quickly responsive to messages and very communicative. He was very clear in where to meet and greeted us when we arrived. He was so kind and and his home is absolutely beautiful!! We cannot think of anything to make the stay any better as he thought of everything from robes and slippers, to a welcome bottle of wine. The view out the bedroom is breathtaking as well! The bed was very comfortable, and my daughter stayed a night as well and stayed on the roll out couch and she said it was very comfortable as well! The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and the hot shower felt great! We fell in love with Assisi and when we return we surly will be staying at Simone’s again! Thank you!

I can not recommend this place enough! A friend and I stayed here on our trip to Assisi. We couldn't have stayed in a better spot during our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and just perfect. It was also in a great location, just a few steps from the center of the village.

Wonderful stay. Simone was very considerate, carrying our suitcases to the piazza. The property was so pretty and full of character with lots of lovely touches in the decor
