Whole front of house (private) separated by locked door with bedroom, living room, and private bath. Large workspace with extra monitor, desk chair, keyboard. High speed internet and air conditioning. Less than a mile walk from Route 66, near to UNM and the hospital. Albuquerque Airport is 1.8 miles away.
