非常完美的住宿体验！房东的热情和细心令我印象深刻！此外，房间位置非常方便，附近有便利的交通，和步行就能到达的很多美食！卧室的床和沙发都非常舒服，厨房厨具齐全，卫生间也干净整洁。如果有机会再来克拉科夫，我一定还会再次预订！

中文Chinese：非常好的地理位置，从车站到公寓只有不到10分钟路程，离老城也只要15分钟，周边还有超市便利店和公交站点，非常方便快捷。 然后是住宿条件，干净整洁，唯一不方便的是，他把两间房间拆开了，两个租户共同一个厨房一个卫生间。起初不清楚，以为另一间房是他自住或者储物间什么的，大早上起来洗完澡发现客厅坐个人吃饭很是吃惊。然后是我住的房间，很大，双人床，床很软。也很舒服，缺点就是没有电视（我并不介意没有电视），Wi-Fi马马虎虎，有点介意的是暖气不够足，天气暖和还好，去的时候正好圣诞，克拉科夫还一直下雨，鞋子裤子衣服都湿了，暖气调最大开一夜早上被冻醒了，潮湿的鞋子根本烘不干。卫生间需要自己准备拖鞋牙刷牙膏。厨房还可以，就是那个锅不给力，平底锅都用到鼓包掉涂层了还没换，本来不会用到炊具的，但因为刚好圣诞两天大多超市饭馆都关门了，只能自己开火做饭了，还是有点不方便的。总体而言这个价位已经很不错了，地理位置也好，我很满意。最重要是房主太热情了，我到的当天下午担心无法去成盐矿，他专门打电话帮我咨询，还提醒我圣诞期间商店超市关门，会给我很多关于城市游玩的建议，很暖心，独自一人在陌生城市受到这样对待，真的很开心。 English：Very good location, less than 10 minutes from the station to the apartment, and only 15 minutes from the old city, there are convenience stores and bus stations nearby, very convenient. We should prepare slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The kitchen is okay, the pans have been drummed and the coating had broken . As usual,the cooker will not be used, but because most of the supermarkets and restaurants are closed for two days on Christmas, it ’s a bit inconvenient to eat. Overall, the price is very good, the location is also good, I am very satisfied. The most important thing is that the host was too enthusiastic. I was worried that I would not be able to go to the salt mine that afternoon. He specifically called for me to help me. He also reminded me that the store and supermarket would be closed during Christmas. He give me a lot of suggestions for city traveling. I felt a warm flow in my heart, it is really happy to be treated when I was alone in a strange city.

我在入住时遇见了Rafał，用蹩脚的英语跟他聊了天。他记住了我所有的旅程安排，并在每天/每半天，把我可能需要的信息（景点，美食），发给我。非常体贴，也很实用，我们在他推荐的两家餐厅吃了饭，物美价廉。房间空间很大，卫生间也干净，可以洗衣做饭。也很好找。力荐。
