I can't say enough about Richard and his lovely home! They were the most friendly, warm and accommodating host. I, personally, love that Richard greeted us at the door and gave me and family a tour. He told me everything I needed to know about the home, which is gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. I am looking forward to staying there in the future! As a bonus, his lovely wife gave my grandmother and sister a tour of the property and even let them pick fruit from the trees! We were treated with extra special care. I can't recommend them enough! A perfect 10!

Richard's house is on an extremely beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the pool, backyard and patio off the kitchen a great deal and it was a great place for our family reunion. There are pretty gardens as well and we did take a walk and see the sheep and alpaca and walk around the hilly but pretty neighborhood. The kitchen is also a highlight as it is big and has large farm tables and nice appliances. There are several hang out rooms. The bedrooms are comfortable and the master bedroom has a nice bathroom.. the other bedrooms are fine.

We had an amazing week. We made frequent use of hot tub and pool, and even on cloudy February days we were able to enjoy both. House was very spacious and easily accommodated a large group for a family reunion. We loved the large kitchen which had enough space for multiple cooks in the kitchen.

This was a wonderful place to get together with the extended family on New Year’s Eve. Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive ! It had a large fully stocked kitchen that accommodated a large family reunion. Kids (and adults) spent time on the hot tub or one of the rooms with large TV, playing, watching cartoons and just enjoying family . Great place to stay for family reunions! Thank you Richard.

This is our second stay at Richard's place; we had stayed 18 months ago for my mom's birthday celebration, then returned over the Christmas holiday. It's a wonderful place for multiple generations and family members to gather where there are shared spaces but also nooks and areas to retreat for some privacy. The kitchen accommodates everyone at one table, and is stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans you need (as well as four ovens, two dishwashers, and two sinks) to make meal prep fun (we preferred to cook rather than go out for most meals). We did puzzles out in the sun room (tackled the 1,000-piece London puzzle in two days thanks to multiple people working on it at once); the hot tub was a treat for those willing to sneak outside in the December chill. In the evenings, we all gathered in one of the rooms with multiple couches and a giant TV for movies (Christmas classics this time around). It was a wonderful holiday stay.
