This place felt like a peaceful treehouse nestled in the woods. Close to the activities but quiet and private. Amazing kitchen with tools and cookware not common for Air BnB. Lots of windows with screens to allow the outdoors to come in. Bed was nice and comfortable. Loved the hand made touches. Outdoor shower was fabulous!

Wowzer was a perfect host in providing details about the location and local amenities as well as being available to answer questions. The cabin is rustic but so warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in the decor and fixtures was impressive. Set back on a quiet road, we were visited by many deer, wild turkeys, and some sassy squirrels who feel like they might be the true owners of the property. We loved every second of our time there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful setting close to lots of outdoor adventures.

We loved our stay here! We were traveling with a toddler, who we had to keep a close eye on due to the stairs, decks, etc., but our family's stay was peaceful and relaxing and our daughter loved watching the deer and counting the trees. The beach at Sam Owen park was an incredible spot for a family afternoon at the lake, highly recommend making the short drive and paying the $8 day pass fee to access it!

Loved the cabin! It was beautiful and comfortable. Some things that would have been nice to know ahead of time; the whole living area was upstairs with a small fridge and freezer, but the main fridge was down the stairs Being pregnant that became very difficult going up and down all day, but didn’t take away from our experience. The master bedroom was very comfortable, but a skylight right above the bed that made it difficult for me and my toddler to sleep. When we checked in, Wowzer was super easy to get ahold of and extremely friendly! I could tell she put a lot of love into the cabin and we had a great time with our stay. Just wanted to give a heads up to the things I wish I knew before going.
