Maria was awesome to welcome me in her home for 6 weeks I felt at home. It made my stay a little better on me. Thank you
Maria's place is in a great location and the neighborhood and home are very quiet. Maria has a great check-in procedure and communicates quickly with the guest.
I slept so well, the bed is extra comfortable, there is a window nearby and a ceiling fan overhead. Maria is happy to help you however she can, and her husband and young son are kind and friendly too. The entire house is very clean and stylish, her plants are amazing, and she’s happy for you to use the laundry facilities or prepare food in the kitchen. I went out for dinner one evening and there are great choices within a couple blocks- plus there is a fantastic ice cream shop- 2 Scoops- that is close enough to walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay- 5 stars all the way around.
Great host
My stay at Maria & her husband’s AirBnB was the best, they’re conversant and they treated my as part of their awesome family! I had a chance to partake dinner, had a taste of a home baked brownies & banana muffins that Maria made and then watch their favorite TV shows with them. I met the maids who maintain the cleanliness of the house, they’re also amazing! I was also given storage space in in the cupboard & the fridge, and it’s always nice to have a full kitchen to cook my food. Hospitality at it’s best over here, I recommend Maria & her husband as hosts to the AirBnB community!

I'm working as a special education teacher in an inner city public school in Washington DC. I love to travel and scuba dive at summertime. I'm a mom of two smart and active kids, a wife to a musician/ librarian, and I love to cook. My Filipino cultural heritage takes pride in being warm & hospitable to our guests, and you will experience it in your stay at my home.
