I recently stayed at this apartment and I have some feedback to share. The overall experience was just okay and below my expectations. The main concern I had was with the stairs. They are very dangerous because they don't have a railing. This is a serious safety issue. I believe the stairs should be fixed as soon as possible. On a positive note, the location is perfect. There are lots of things to do in the area and it's convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, because of the stairs, I wouldn't recommend this apartment for people with young children or anyone who might have trouble with unstable stairs. It's important for future guests to know about this so they can make a safe decision when booking.

We stayed here as a family of 8, for 10 days. Our group consisted of 3 kids, 2 grandparents and 3 adults. Every room is essentially on a different floor, there are a lot of stairs. If anyone has any mobility issues, this would be a problem. The house was located in the perfect location, we basically walked everywhere in Tel Aviv. It was also very close to the beach, which we loved. There are parks, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. You don’t need a car in Tel Aviv, everything is basically walkable. Otherwise, we used the Gett app to get around Tel Aviv. For our tours we had a private guide and driver, who I highly recommend. The property was clean, and spacious. The AC worked very well. When we had a minor issue come up, they management company was very quick to respond. We would stay here again! Only positive things to say about this location.

Great apartment and location with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure to get the location and code for the key lockbox before trying to check in. The building key code is not helpful.

Maison idéalement située. Le quartier est calme. A proximité de nombreux restaurants, proche de la plage, supérette... Les étages de la maison sont plutôt un avantage, chacun a son niveau avec toilettes et salle de bain. Communication très facile avec l'hôte tout au long de la semaine via leur site, pour programmer des activités ou le transfert retour vers l'aéroport.

Would definitely recommend. Close (walking distance) to the beach, close to excellent restaurants, safe area.
