Close to beautiful sandy beaches.
The surrounding area invites to walks along one of the small roads or trails running through the pine forests of the area.
About 500 meters from the cottage is Martin's Smokehouse which we highly recommend. Year around they offer smoked fish, frozen fish, fresh bread and other locally produced products. In summer there is also locally produced ice cream from Otto & Glass fabriken.
If you want to take a longer walk, you can go to Yngsjo, where you can find a grocery store, ice cream shop, miniature golf course and restaurant during the summer months.
About two kilometers south of the cottage Furuboda conference center is situated, with restaurant, swimming pools and sports hall which can be rented.
Within a few mile radius are several fine golf courses.
The charming medieval town of Ahus, where there are several restaurants and shops, is just a short drive away.

If you bring a bike, you can cycle along bike paths and low-traffic roads through Yngsjövägen to Åhus and Kristianstad or south to Olseröd and further down to the famous area of Österlen.
Bus stop is about 500 meters from the cabin, with buses to Yngsjö, Åhus and Kristianstad once an hour.
