Kindly note that stays are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. We can make exceptions in June and September. Villa Ocean is a 3 bedrooms stunning and modern Villa, offering fabulous outdoor pool area, breathtaking sea views and a direct and private access to the shore, where 3 private kayaks are at your disposal to go discover the famous and extraordinary bay of Cul de Sac, and Pinel Island. The Villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, includes wifi, all linens and towels (bath & beach) are provided, 2 private parking spots are at your disposal. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a king size bed and a private full bathroom. The 3rd bedrooms offers 2 options: - Option 1: 1 king size bed + 2 bunk beds - Option 2: 2 twin beds + 2 bunk beds Sleeps max 7 adults, or max 8 people if the party includes at least 1 child/kid. Baby bed/bath/chair/accessories are available on demand, with no extra cost. A mid-week cleaning is included for 7 nights stays or more. You will also find at your arrival complimentary fridge/pantry items to get you started. The Manager of the Villa, Nina, will be available at all times to help you plan and enjoy incredible holidays. The location of Villa Ocean offers privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, but is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, nightlife and the most beautiful beaches and hikes of the Island.

Nina and Kevin were extremely helpful and responsive from the check in to the check out process. We had a couple of hiccups and she immediately fixed it and it was no big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we also enjoyed having extra space for all of us. The island has a lot of mosquitoes and the villa had some frogs / creatures chirping at night time, but that’s nothing to do with the host or the villa. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back shortly. Thank you for your hospitality…
We had an amazing week at Nina's villa across our two families with three toddlers. The views and vibe can't be beat and Nina and Kevin were always available for quick questions and local recs. Cul-de-Sac is a quiet neighborhood but so close to Grand Case, Anse Marcel and so many other destinations. Don't miss this one!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ocean. The pictures and description of the home are what you will find when you arrive. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and we couldn't have asked for more. The easy access to kayaks was a treat. It's an easy kayak to Pinel Island or you can also take a ferry if you prefer. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ocean!!
Where to begin! After hours of research, I chose Nina’s beautiful villa in Cul-de-Sac to celebrate my birthday with friends…and wow did it exceed my already high expectations. Nina was extremely responsive and proactive with recommendations that aligned with what we were looking to do all week. The villa itself is in a beautiful gated community..very private and quiet. We rented cars to get to and from dinners in Orient Village and Grand Case, both an easy 5-6 minute drive. It was our first time on the French side, and we were truly blown away with the abundance of amazing restaurants and lively bars. The villa itself has modern amenities that made our stay feel warm, yet luxurious. Be warned, it’s very hard to peel yourself away from the home! The indoor/outdoor arrangement, coupled with the incredible view, offers a dream stay for any and all. I truly cannot recommend enough. We’ll most definitely be backs You’ve found your iconic island stay here, so book with confidence!
Nina and Ocean Villa exceeded our expectations. Her communication, helpfulness and effort to please before and during our stay were first rate. She met us upon arrival, explained everything, asked about our needs and took care of it all. Never intrusive yet always available and responsive. Personable and kind. Her curated recommendations of restaurants, things to do and what to see were brilliant. The Villa is as the pictures represent. Beautiful and in wonderful condition. Nothing is broken, sort of works or covered up with poor materials. The pool deck is just magical. It looks out over Pinel Island and has multiple lounge areas. We recommend Nina with 10 stars! It just could not have been a better stay.
