Very clean and beautiful place. Amazing bike trails everywhere. Elizabeth and her husband were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town!

Excellent location, right next to the Birkie trail’s. Peaceful, cozy, creative cabin, with a great kitchen. Friendly, helpful, informative hosts. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Trees and trails. Four season adventures in the woods. Our town is small & closes up early, so plan accordingly for dining out & groceries. You cannot beat Rivers Eatery or The Portage for dinner. Breakfast/Lunch try Velo Cafe, Brickhouse Cafe or Cable Cafe. Friday nights are fishfrys & Sawmill Saloon even pairs this with martinis. Area has a thriving artist community. We are happy to share information on where to go for what you need. If you just want relaxation with no cooking, we can recommend local caterers.
This is rural setting. A car is a must no matter where you are headed. We are located about 3 miles outside small town of Cable, WI.

My husband & I are recently retired, he as a Chicago firefighter & I as a diagnostic radiologist. We are reinventing ourselves as innkeepers in Northwoods of WI. We just got our listing on Airbnb & look forward to greeting & getting to know our guests. We both enjoy living in harmony with the natural world. We are avid Silent Sport enthusiasts, partaking in XC skiing, hiking & biking etc. We share life with our rescue dog. Our children are young adults exploring their careers.
