Just as (if not more) beautiful than the photos. Full of character and a surprising amount of amenities on site; great little store to get bits for a bbq with coals etc provided. Also wonderful fresh breakfasts delivered to the house in the morning. As mentioned in previous reviews, the mosquitos were the only down side - but if you come prepared with repellent and use the citronella burners plus nets provided it does not ruin the experience. Small price to pay for such a special location.

Ideal place to discover the inland and reconnect with nature. In the middle of the mountains, the mix of authenticity and comfort is perfect. Kids loved the farm in every aspects, especially the horses running freely in the domain. Nice little walk to a small pool at the top of the hill, with magnificent view on the valley. The house is well maintained and feels comfortable and safe (pictures don’t do justice to it, looks better in real). This is the kind of place run by staff convinced in their values and wanting to share their passion. Excellent service as a result. Excellent breakfast as well with natural products, and possibility to order a meal for the evening, we loved it too. Very close to Chamarel 7 colours, there are excellent restaurants in the immediate proximity for lunch. Driving to Blackriver is also convenient (20minutes). Easy and clear communication before and during the stay. Our stay was a genuine and refreshing experience in every aspects, beautiful family moment.

We had an amazing stay. It was the highlight of our trip to Mauritius. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and really well furnished, all with a special charm about the place. It was peaceful with beautiful views in a wonderful part of Mauritius, even when it rained and there was low visibility in the clouds! in addition to the huge breakfast, we ordered dinner each night and loved every meal. There was loads of food, including a delicious dessert each day. We are looking forward to going again
