There's a wood fireplace, a full bookshelf, and a flatscreen TV for watching cable and DVDs. This large, open space also features a dining room and kitchen. Up to eight people will fit around the dining table, and more seating is available right behind with raised stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. Plenty of counterspace, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher make the whole process painless. A large, fenced yard has a nicely manicured lawn your dog will enjoy if you choose to bring him (please note a 1 dog, 40-pound weight limit and a small nightly fee). There is also a charcoal grill for cooking up meat with a classic smokey flavor, and a portable firepit. There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths in this house, making it suitable for up to six guests. Downstairs, one room features a queen bed, a TV with DVD player/VCR, patio access, and a full bath with tub/shower combo down the hall. A second room features a set of twin bunk beds and two separate twin beds (total of four), and an attached nook has a double futon and patio access. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, an armchair, a full private bath, and access to the private balcony. There's also a laundry room in the house with a washer/dryer, and WiFi is available for your convenience. There are accommodations for little ones as well, such as a baby gate and booster seat, so you can bring everyone along!
