This place was awesome! Lots of space for all of us, great common areas to hang out in, and we loved the hot tub!

Hot tub is broken, was not made aware. Home was more expensive compared to other homes due to having a hot tub. Would have been nice to at least given the option to cancel ahead of time. Had to wait 45 min to check in because of cleaners were not finished. Cleaners left bag of cleaning supplies on top of dining table in case “they missed something” for us to get. Propane tank was out which we needed in order to grill dinner. Maintenance promised to bring one by to replace that evening. They never came back during our stay.

The owner didn’t mention that Washer and dryer is broken, hot tub is also broken If we knew it earlier we would’ve canceled the booking because the hot tub is kind na main thing that we chose this house. It is so difficult to contact the owner

We faced a number of issues during our stay, which we reported but never got any solution. 1. The hot tub had power supply tripping immediately after starting. We couldn't use it at all. 2. No one was able to connect to the WiFi using their phones, it kept complaining about incorrect password. TV was able to stream Netflix though. 3. There was no coffee and the coffee maker was dirty. 4. The top floor bathroom exhaust fan was very very noisy. 5. The grill wasn't cleaned and didn't run with full flame, not enough lighting to grill at night. 6. The fourth bedroom is in the basement. The basement smelled a bit and the laundry area wasn't very clean.
