What most people enjoy is the presence of wildlife. You'll meet at least 2 species of monkeys, over 30 species of birds including toucans and hummingbirds, and although the villa is in the city, it feels like being in the forest. All interior spaces are protected by glass or mosquitos’ nets, so if you are careful to always close the doors, you will not be bothered by mosquitoes. You will have a access to 4000sqm of garden with a stunning view over the valley, especially for sunrise, the house comprises 3 private rooms with their own key, and a large open area including kitchen, lounge, dining area, and home cinema. On the front view, you'll also have access to an independent bungalow with 2 rooms and one bathroom. One picture is worth a thousand words, so check the photos.

beautiful location. Very spacious, lots of hammocks, beautiful scenery. Kitchen is well-equipped. There is an oven, no microwave. A walk to the central Plaza is 35mins, or 4 soles for a motortaxi. Lots of little supermarkets and bakeries nearby. There are many bugs around the house though. There was some soft music during the day, No nuisance. However, we were there for a week and one night there was extremely low music from 1.00 am until 4.30am. There is a restaurant nearby where you can make use of the pool for 10 soles (Valle del Mayo). All in all, we loved our stay and would come back again.
Es un lugar de ensueño, mis amigos y yo tuvimos una muy cómoda estadía, la pasamos genial, la casa cuenta con hamacas, libros, juegos, proyector para ver películas y un sistema de sonido perfecto, tuvimos muchas formas de divertirnos dentro de casa, el espacio fue perfecto y el área verde fue lo más impresionante. Mi única recomendación sería habilitar un baño extra, ya que para 10 personas, 2 baños suele ser poco práctico, por lo demás, perfecto. El anfitrión es muy amigable y se encargó de que no nos faltara nada, definitivamente volvería, recomendado al 100% <3

The property is surrounded by forest, with only one neighbor. The area is residential, and opposite the main entrance is the Huastilla social club which sometimes organizes dance workshops and concerts. Mototaxis pass regularly, so you will not be isolated if you need to get around. The main square of Moyobamba is a 20-minute walk away.
From the doorstep You can take nice walks towards the river, punta Doñe, Puerto Mirador, Puerto Tahuisco, Metoyaku. You can also grab a mototaxi to go anywhere in town, including the hot spring of San Mateo, the Wakanki garden, a great sanctuary to observe Orchids and a variety of hummingbirds.
