Beautiful home with lovely views of the lake. Home was clean and spacious for our family. Easy travel to Cornell campus, waterfalls, hikes and wine country. Saturday & Sunday market was great for breakfast. We relaxed at night with a fitepit with the host providing the supplies. Courtney and Umit were responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The hosts are quick to respond to questions and the home and property are absolutely gorgeous. The location was absolute ideal for our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hemsin house and HIGHLY recommend this location and these hosts for your next stay in Ithaca. 💛

This is a beautiful and comfortable house, in a private setting but still close to downtown Ithaca and many beautiful state parks. It's also a few hundred yards from the Black Diamond Trail, a rails-to-trails path that runs about 5 miles in each direction and is perfect for walking, running, or biking. Courtney and Umit were very responsive when we had questions, and very accommodating. The house was very clean and had good layout for our group of six (three couples). One tiny quibble is that the bedrooms get stuffy at night if you close the doors, so we ended up buying floor fans. But, overall, it was a very pleasant stay in a scenic spot, with great amenities.

This house was incredible. Super clean, amazing layout for a group indoors and out. Courtney and Umit were super communicative and made sure everything went smoothly. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnbs in the Cayuga lake area and this was the best experience I’ve had.
